This senior leadership role will provide strategic direction and oversight across four key areas: Sustainable Partnerships, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), and Communications, Knowledge Management & Learning. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening Prospera’s performance, building effective partnerships, embedding inclusion across the program, and supporting high-quality engagement with government, donor and other key stakeholders. We are looking for a collaborative, evidence-driven leader with extensive senior-level experience in complex development programs, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and demonstrated expertise across performance, partnerships, MEL, GEDSI and/or communications. Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia and with DFAT-funded programs will be highly regarded.

Role details

Prospera Phase 2 is seeking an experienced and strategic senior leader to join our team as Deputy Program Director – Performance, Partnerships & Inclusion, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

This senior leadership role will provide strategic direction and oversight across four key areas: Sustainable Partnerships, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), and Communications, Knowledge Management & Learning. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening Prospera’s performance, building effective partnerships, embedding inclusion across the program, and supporting high-quality engagement with government, donor and other key stakeholders.
